Real estate marketing is mostly predictable. The same photos, the same listing copy, the same boosted post. I've spent 30 years in sales, marketing, and media figuring out what actually makes people pay attention — and pay more.

Before real estate, I negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars in agreements with companies like Microsoft, Sony, JP Morgan, and Paramount Pictures. Before that, 11 years in homebuilding during the housing boom — which taught me how buyers actually make decisions under pressure. I founded a digital marketing consultancy, Domino Theory Marketing, before bringing all of it to bear for our sellers.

Jon and Shannon live in El Dorado Hills with frequent detours into the Sierra — camping, backpacking, skiing, sailing. They have two adult sons. Nikolas graduated from San Francisco State University and works alongside Jon and Shannon in the business. Lukas completed undergraduate and graduate studies at Colorado School of Mines and works in Denver as an engineer at Blue Origin, on projects focused on sustaining human life in space and on the moon.
