Shannon and I work with you, our sellers, to create stories that succeed in selling your home for the most money in the shortest amount of time to a buyer who can’t wait to move in! I have over three decades of sales, marketing, and media experience including 11 years serving the homebuilding industry during the housing boom of the early 2000’s. I am a practitioner of digital marketing, search engine marketing, and social media marketing, having founded the digital marketing consultancy, Domino Theory Marketing.

I am a Hubspot certified partner and certificated by Google in Search Engine Marketing and Advertising.

Hubspot Agency Partner Certification in content marketing, inbound marketing, and search engine optimization.
Google Adwords Certification in advanced aspects of Google Ads and search engine marketing.
Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification, an industry-recognized certification that demonstrates expertise with the essential elements of social marketing.

While working in the corporate world, I negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars in agreements with national and multinational corporations in the building supply, technology, entertainment, finance, and government service industries with companies including Microsoft, Sony, PwC, JP Morgan, Milgard Windows, Paramount Pictures, and many others.

Our two boys are in college, one studying English/Creative Writing at San Francisco State University and the other studying Mechanical Engineering at Colorado School of Mines.

We love the outdoors. You’ll hear us telling tales of our trips camping, backpacking, skiing, and sailing. A night out is usually dinner with friends at one of the great local El Dorado Hills restaurants or enjoying the amazing food scene in Sacramento (most often with a nice bottle of California wine!).
