El Dorado Hills was master planned as a community of villages, and each neighborhood still has its own personality: gated golf-course estates, lakeside enclaves, newer master-planned communities, and established streets with big lots and no HOA. Knowing which village fits your life is the fastest way to narrow your home search.
Our printable map shows every El Dorado Hills village, including the Serrano villages, so you can see exactly where each neighborhood sits relative to schools, shopping, Highway 50 and Folsom Lake.

El Dorado Hills was master planned as a community of villages, and today there are dozens of named villages and neighborhoods, including the Serrano villages. Our printable village map shows where each one sits.
Gated options include Serrano, Bridlewood Canyon, The Summit, Kalithea within The Promontory, and several newer communities such as East Ridge Village and the Heritage 55+ communities.
